Anatolian Houses - Goreme

This is a fantastic hotel - a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth the extra money you spend. The staff and service are fantastic - they promptly and efficiently attended to all our requirements and went the extra mile on several occasions. The hotel is at an excellent location with excellent views, superb rooms and very good food. It is a great place whether you are with family or just away on a romantic getaway.

An incredibly unique experience, and a memorable hotel in a fascinating part of the world. Be aware that staying in a cave has both plus's and minus's - it is romantic and stunning, but also dark and damp...

Unfortunately our stay was marred by lovely but seemingly incompetent reception staff. We had to complain about a problem with the power box in our room 3 times before it was actually fixed. We also requested a taxi and and airport transfer to be organized - the taxi apparently had an accident and never arrived, and the airport transfer was booked for the wrong time adding unnecessary stress to our departure. If you do stay here, organize taxis, transfers and tours yourself.

Spectacular and romantic setting in our cave suite with separate lounge area and separate private spa. The hotel's spa area was also something to be believed. But behind this gloss there were some problems.

There are many steps so people with mobility issues should avoid the hotel. Our room was not (and could not be) air conditioned - although the fan worked quite well. The refrigerator did not work. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding and not value for money.

The staff members are very friendly and trying to help as much as they can, and the fastest in repling my emails ,arranging all what iasked fora. The cave is amazing and well decorated ,

The only problem was the smell of my suiet. Maby because of the cave itself but they have to solve this problem

The staff did not speak english well; did not communicate well and were not at all helpful. The facilities, E. G. the spa and swimming pool, were below standard for the price point.

Die Verbindung der baulichen Altsubstanz mit Glas und Stein schaffen eine tolle Atmosphäre und die Gestaltung des Spa-Bereichs haut einen wirklich um. Den wunderbar warmen Innenpool hatte ich für mich allein. Auch wenn die Nutzung normalerweise 10 USD kostet - Das ist Wonne pur. Durch die erhöhte Lage des Hotels hat man von den verschiedenen Terrassen viele phantastische Blickwinkel auf die märchenhafte Umgebung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend - vielfältig und appetitlich dargeboten. Insgesamt ein ungewöhnliches Haus, das schon allein eine Reise wert wäre.

Wirklich auszusetzen gibt es nichts - Die Zimmer sind eine Schau, für größere Personen sind allerdings die runden (aber sehr guten) Betten etwas kurz. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht um die Gäste, manchmal aber ein wenig unbeholfen.

Ruhige, gute Lage im quirligen Göreme. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre!

この様な洞窟ホテルは世界でも珍しいと思います。 非常に神秘的で贅を尽くした空間でした。 このホテルにはもう1度泊まりたいと思いました。

部屋でWiFiがつながらなかったのは残念でした。 洞窟内ということでかなり涼しかったですが、エアコンがあれば尚良しでした。

Herşey harikaydı. Fiyat/kalite değil fiyat/lüks oranı sorgulanmalı bu otel için. Biz bunu hak edecek ne yaptık diye çok düşündük bulamadık:) şaka bir yana Göreme'ye gelmek isteyen herkese bu oteli tavsiye ederim. Şahaneydi.

10'dan sonra mutfağın kapanması, personele sorduğumuzda bize yardımcı olunamaması dışında bir sıkıntı yoktu.

アットホームを求めるなら他のホテルがよいと思う。ホテルとしては満足できるホテル。

Restaurant bölümü çalışanlarının ilgisi (Sena Hanım), otel görevlisi Kemal Bey'in ilgi ve alakası ve otel Müdürü Ersin Bey'in hem otel içi hem otel dışına yönelik olmak üzere yoğun ilgisinden ve güler yüzünden çok memnun kaldık. Şarap çeşmelerini de unutmamak gerek :) Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

とても感じよく、親切でよかったです。場所も静かですがメイン通りまで近く便利です。カッパドキアを満喫でしました。

洞窟の情緒を楽しみました。

ワインのでる蛇口に期待していたが、予想通り美味しくはないです。雰囲気だけですね。日本人のツアーでの利- 用が多いようでした。
